By accessing or using PatchPilot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, administrators, and organisations accessing the platform.
PatchPilot is a patch management SaaS platform that helps organisations monitor, manage, and deploy software updates across Windows, Linux, and macOS endpoints. Features include vulnerability detection, compliance reporting, agent deployment, and automated patch scheduling.
To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@patchpilot.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

PatchPilot is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service you grant PatchPilot a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service, including all software, trademarks, and content, is owned by PatchPilot Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in our intellectual property except the limited licence to use the Service as described herein.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for outages caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PatchPilot's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate these Terms with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your access will cease and we will retain your data for 30 days before deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
